We are very proud of our wines and have built up a lot of trust in UK and Singapore amongst customers who know they will like what is delivered. In three decades in the UK we have had only three occasions where a wine has been returned because the customer didn’t like it, and it’s happened only once in Singapore since we began in 2014.
With the set-up in Singapore, a little patience is asked for with deliveries. The minimum to release, ship and deliver the wines is 8 days, but is usually at least 2–3 weeks for wines which are in stock and ready to go. But it’s worth the wait. All the wines come cool chain by air. We deliver to a person at your home or office because we don’t believe in leaving wine out in 30 degrees. We are always happy to re-arrange — it’s all part of the service.
All our prices are inclusive of delivery. There is nothing further to add.
Because we are set up more like a wholesaler than a typical retailer, we don’t do sales of single bottles (or two, for that matter). The minimum order is 6 bottles, and everyday wines can be mixed in multiples of at least 3 bottles per wine (fine wines only by the case), subject to confirmation.
Please note that we can readily deliver wines to an address in UK, including an in-bond storage facility.
